It may take up to 3-5 business days to process a return after it has been received by our Customer Care Center. Remember, your package needs to be post-marked on or before 10 days after your online purchase in order to receive a refund. Refunds will be issued in the same form as your original payment method.
We ship our glasses free therefore we do not pay for return shipping. You'll be responsible for paying shipping costs. You must include proof of purchase with your return in order for a refund to be processed.
